I am currently a size 6-8 but is taking so much effort to maintain this! I'm always restricting and never go out. I was woundering if a little bit bigger may be just size 8 or size 8-10 is still attractive? What would be the ideal for 5'3. I. Currently weigh 52.5kg with a body fat percentage of 20.4% thigh at 18 (below average).

Okay even I know that's not right. To be a U.K. Size zero I'd need a bmi of about 17 so no

I really wouldn't worry about it so much. So long as you are healthy. Healthy is attractive. Also take into account body shapes differ massively between women even of the same height. So really it is impossible for us to say.

I'm 4'9 and fit in anything from a size 4-10. Don't put so much emphasis on a silly clothes number.
