Hi. I'm about to apply for my accommodation, but I am confused as to whether or not energy is included in my rent. The description states: 'Water is included in the cost of the rent and an energy supplement is paid to Unipol for gas and electricity at the same time as the rent. Usage is monitored monthly and refunds are made if overpayment is made.'

Does this mean I have to pay an additional fee on top of my rent, or will it be covered in my weekly rent? If I do have to pay for energy how much does it cost?

Thanks in advance.

This is only from memory but I believe I saw it in a booklet that they handed out at an applicant day that it's £6 a week?
