Module Decisions for Final Year at UniWatch
Business and Human Rights Law (4,000 word reflective essay)
Criminology Theory and Practice (100% coursework)
Global Business Law and Regulation (100% coursework)
International Economic Law (1/3rd blogpost/ 1/3rd interview assignment/ 1/3rd take home exam assignment )
International Humanitarian Law (100% examination)
International Trade Law (coursework)
International Criminal and Transitional Justice (coursework)
Law of the Home/ Family law (2 separation pieces of coursework)
Roman Law (take home examination)
Remedies in Private Law (coursework)
Sentencing (coursework exercise)
Evidence (examination) is compulsory if I want to do the LPC so this is one of my choices so only have one more option over these:
Contemporary Issues in British and Irish Human Rights (coursework)
Criminal Liability (examination)
Employment Law (take home examination)
Financial Law (coursework)
Intellectual Property Law (coursework)
Regulating Commercial Sex (50% exam/ 50% coursework)
Also keep in mind I will be completing my dissertation throughout all this. I am stressing out because I want to focus on my dissertation so believe having exams would be better for me as all my essay writing and research can be focused on the dissertation rather than coursework. Which ones would be straightforward enough to do well in? I am interested in International Humanitarian Law module which seems interesting along with the International Criminal and Transitional Justice. However, I have heard law of the home is easy enough and I would also be interested in that.
Thank you for any advice!
