Mine worked fine when I did it the other day. Unless you're applying as an individual, I'd just pay your school and get UCAS to invoice them.
Try again later; there's probably an overload at their server.

It's still not working! This can't be a temporary system overload!? Is no-one else having this problem? :mad: *Wants to send off the application and get it over with*

It's not working for me either *worried* I'm going to keep trying every 2 hours or so, hopefully it will sort itself out by then.

When I had tried 10 times, using three different cards, on two different computers with different browsers over a period of 36 hours I gave UCAS a call :mad: . They couldn't explain the problem, but didn't seem too surprised. The money was withdrawn from my account by telephone and they will link it to my account Monday morning (when the technician will be back). Then I can send it.... Well, good that I allowed some time for problems :rolleyes: . Should anyone else have this problem, call UCAS first thing on Monday and ask for the guy in charge of payment. His name is Callum Mitchel.

well i encountered the same problem, but it turns out i put the details in wrong! i didn't put in that reali long number across the card for the 'card number' box, and put a different thing, and then it straightaway did it!hmm could it be that?
I hope these error messages aren't resulting in numerous £15 payments...

Nope, I have payed online before and it says internal error, not something like "incorrect card number". Besides, it worked for the OAF. But good for you!
