Do you feel sad/depressed and like everything in your life is rubbish, or is it just tears?

Might be just a phase of life. Sometimes life gets SO weird.

No, it's just tears. I don't understand it at all, and tbh I thought I'd left this sort of hormony-ness behind with my teens :frown:

If you don't feel particularly sad or anything, I shouldn't worry too much, sometimes i get like that, but you definately would know the difference if you were feeling depressed.
Sorry to state the obvious, but are you sure it's not PMS?

Are you a girl?

Are you on the pill?

When I went on the pill I couldn't stop crying, still can't! Haha!

Mm, but I've been on it since I was about 16, soo about 5 years and it's never affected me like this, I think I may be up for a trip to the doctors this week.
When is the last time you cleaned your bedroom? Maybe all the dust and dirt went in your eye making you weep.

i also think it's probably pms. i've had mine for about 6 years and i've had the whole randomly-crying-for-no-reason thing about 2/3 times. see your doctor if you're worried but i'd wait until your period comes and goes.
