A friend of mine whos birthday is 29th february normally celebrates her birthday on the 28th. Then every 4 years when its her real birthday she has a slightly bigger celebration than normal.

Do have a friend whose daughter was born on February 29th. Can't remember if she celebrates it on the 28th or March 1st.

I suppose it depends on the person. Some might only celebrate every 4 years. Others might celebrate it on either 28th feb or 1st march.

I was born about 7 minutes after the 29th but my parents told me they'd have celebrated it on the 1st March anyway ^-^ I think generally what happens is it's celebrated on 28th Feb or 1st March

I know someone who does only celebrate it every four years, but they save up for four years and have three week holidays in Mauritius.

My mum was born on the 29th and she just celebrates on the 28th. A lot of the family seems to be entirely confused by the fact that she doesn't do it on March the 1st
