Student loan amount for deferred entry

Hello
I am currently having a year out and am starting at university this September having already secured a place. I heard somewhere that, since I already have a place, my tuition fees will stay at £9000 and not go up to £9250, is this right? I've only heard this from friends so I'm not sure if its just a rumour, please can you tell me what the situation is.

You'll need to check with the uni. Some unis will charge you the £9250 and some will charge you £9000.
