How can you query an old exam grade? Help please
Right bit of a tricky one here. I swear blind I had completed key skills level 2 in English however never got a certificate, now I am doubting whether I got it or not.. could I ring edexcel and ask?

Your first step should be to speak to the exams office in the school/college where you think you completed the qualifications. They will have a record and may still have your certificate if you haven't collected it. You can pay Edexcel to check your results and issue a replacement. You will find details for how to do this on their web web site.
