Criminal law- Defendant pushes attacker, who then dies from injuries

I hope you guys can point me in the right direction.

If A is threatened by B, A pushes B and B falls, hitting his head what is the outcome for A?

I've gotten a bit lost with this. Can anyone give a brief outline of structure to solve this? I have gone through AR/MR of Murder, and came to Constructive manslaughter. Do I base liability on Battery?

Thanks

I would base liability on battery or ABH as it doesn't state that B has died and ot doesn't explain the extent of the injuries. Hope this helps :h:
