In the markscheme, if the question is for 3 marks, do I need only 3 points or do I need all points in the markscheme?

For a question like 'Why does faster exercise increases lactic acid in blood?', if my response is 'Faster exercise cause muscles to take up more oxygen and hence it is more likely that they face lack of oxygen due to incompetent supply from blood. Hence more cells respire anaerobically adding more lactic acid in blood' will I get any marks? Here's the mark scheme.

(during faster exercise) more energy needed when running faster/ there
is a faster rate of respiration ;
oxygen not supplied fast enough (from lung/ heart) ;
anaerobic respiration occurred during exercise ;
lactic acid is produced ;
cannot be broken down in muscle ;
(so) diffuses / passes, from muscle into blood ;
[3 marks]

Do I need all these points to get 3 marks?

I guess this is a stupid question. I just need 3 points which need to cover the important aspects right? IGCSE would be a hell otherwise.
