I've finished my revision for the unit 1 exam, and incase I've missed anything of the specification for judicial precedent which my be needed.

For the topic judicial precedent, I've learnt the hierarchy of the courts, judicial precedent, advantages and disadvantages for both, distinguishing, overruling, reversing, binding, persuasive and original precedent with es and disadvantages of avoiding a precedent, and the key terms of stare decisis, ratio decidendi, obiter dicta, and law reports. Will I need to know the advantages and disadvantages of obiter dicta and ratio decidendi and also of original and persuasive precedent?
