After pretending that it was all about Clinton and how badly she was wronged (lol) he has finally admitted that it was because Comey was investigating him. He knew that no one would be stupid enough to buy into the original story. Is that dodgy or what?

Oh please. Did you even read the article?

Trump has said there are no ties and that he welcomes the FBI probe.

Surely he isn't that stupid.

Trump told NBC News, “In fact, when I decided to just do it, I said to myself, I said, ‘You know, this Russia thing with Trump and Russia is a made up story, it’s an excuse by the Democrats for having lost an election that they should have won.’”
It would appear that he is.

He has no intention to interfere with the investigation, except for getting rid of Comey and replacing him with someone who will say what he wants them to say.

She would have been in bed with corporations, uncharismatic, ineffective and made little real improvements to the lives of most Americans.

So yes, she'd have been much better than Trump's car-crash of a presidency.

A) He would say that there are no ties
B)He would be happy with the probe to continue when he's going to be the one appointing the new head of the agency conducting it.

Why yes, because a lying politically correct murderer is better than old boy Donald.

If the burden of proof is set so low then perhaps we should refer to him as a lying, child-raping puppet of Putin?

She is right-wing, dull and a poor candidate choice. He is far, far worse.

Why yes, because being friends with the boss man of one of the worlds biggest countries in Russia, rather than going to war and starting WW3 like Killary would have is oh so bad. 😂😂

Trump will manage to start a major war, don't worry about that.

It seems that Trump's supporters' only defence of him is "what about Hillary Clinton" Every. Single. Time. This thread is about him, way to deflect.

Anyone with a sense of morals and ethics cares.

Clinton is quite relevant though, because it shows the complete lack of morals and ethics of the left and instead their double standards and hypocrisy.

It shows Trump's supporters' lack of capacity to defend him. Lol @ Clinton being "left-wing" though.

Well, this alone would have been substantial.

All the people claiming she would have been nothing but a corporate shill should pause to consider what they got with Donald. So far he has not only proven to be a corporate shill, but a Big Oil shill, a Big Coal shill, a Big Weapons shill and a Big Pentagon shill. He's one willing shilling. He also appears to be available for hire to Russia, which is kind of odd in a US president.

The point is he doesn't need defending, because half the criticism against him is liberal melodrama and hysterics. In response to the judge's questioning, an ACLU lawyer claimed in fourth circuit court last week that if Clinton had enacted the exact same visa ban as Trump's it would have been constitutional. Seriously. Democrats who foamed at the mouth and demanded Comey resigned half a year ago are now his biggest supporters.
It's anti-Trump for the sake of being anti-Trump.
Clinton's support base is left-wing and she's relatively left-wing by American standards.

Left-wing /= neoliberal. Those were the Bernie Sanders supporters. Her policies are very much centre-right.

This thread is about Trump's shady business with Comey, which Trump supporters cannot come up with a defence for. I was expecting the good old Clinton whataboutery to deflect from the topic and you didn't disappoint.

What shady business? The point is there isn't any. Just whiny left-wing hypocrites moaning about stuff for the sake of it.
