Guide to clear skin

It's exam season, the time of the month we forget to look after our skin. What techniques and advice would you give to teenage girls and boys for their skin during exam season?

What daily essentials do you use on your face ?

What does the Derma roll actually do and where do you purchase it for? Same with Vitamin C and argon oil x

Egg whites
I really don't miss my teenage days! The best thing to do is to wash your face with warm water to open up your pores, use a little bit of face wash and scrub gently, then rinse off the excess with warm water, then end with splashing your face with cold water to close your pores back up so dirt doesn't creep back in!

Basically derma roll is a roll with lots of needles in it, you roll It over your skin and it punctures your skin, this means you skin will produce collagen and will revitalise ( with the help of the serums) basically making your skin look younger, fresher more vibrant, it fades scars, stretch marks etc - my knowledge is limited so I recommend you go on YouTube and fully check it out before you decide to try it. Also, serums can be found on amazon/eBay for about £10 a bottle.

in the mornings i use the biore charcoal face wash and moisturise with the clean and clear moisturiser. Evenings, i take my makeup off with soap and glory cleanser and wash my face with the biore wash again, then i moisturise with the garnier moisture bomb night cream and freederm anti spot and blemish stuff.
If you have problematic skin, eg acne then try tea tree products. You can get them from superdrug or the body shop. I find vitamin E cream helps my skin and evening primrose oil, you can get that from boots.

I get amazing tea tree face wash from the pharmacy and it's really helped me.

If you skin gets really bad then go and see your GP and they will be able to help.
4% strength skin bleach, 0.5% strength retinol and enzyme acid cleanser.

Close to 100% clear skin. Expensive regime though (£180). But I don't have to cake on foundation

The antibiotic tablets work miracles and if these don't work for you the dr will send you to a specialist for more help.

Start using retinol
Only thing I use on my face daily is the FaceB4 face wash and it's amazing (but pricey)
I try and use natural things in my face. Take vitamin E which is a antitoxidant that heals and repairs ur skin. Also i had scars on my face from picking scabs or spots but what i did was gat a container and fill a quarter of it with lemon juice and a quarter with apple cider vinegar, then dilute this with water. Both apple cider vinegar and lemon juice brighten dull skin and get rid of dead skin cells. Use a cotton swab/ball and dip into mixtue and put on problem areas overnight do this for 2 weeks and you should star seeing a difference, do this as part of your daily routine and spots will be a rare occurence. Also at the end of each week put coconut oil on your face for 15-30 mins and then wash and dab off with towel. Coconut oil is highly moisturising, lemon juice can brighten and clear skin and apple cider vinegar gets rid of bacteria under the skin which cause spots and acne. This had incredible results for me.
Keep hair out of you face, my skin is naturally quite good but if I have a fringe I can get the odd spot on my forehead.
