Advice to Next Years Applicants

If like me, you're clever but have social skills then you may want to try some of the following universities. I have visited many of the best uni's but these, in no particular order, did it for me (although some I was probably a bit too good for):

Nottingham (I'm going there)
Manchester
Birmingham
Warwick (a bit dodgy, you either love it or hate it)
Leeds (never actually visited but its worth looking at if you're on the BBB grades)
Bristol (a bit less social, few people who think they're gods gift to the university)
Bath
Sheffield (some subjects are well tought. a very good offer if you're an average student or just above)
Edingburgh
Newcastle (but the accents are vulgar)

Maybe one or two others I forget to mention.

Go to any of these and do well then you should be set for a better than average future (much better if you get a 1st class).
I visited Oxbridge and it was great, but I need to be around people like myself who like a laugh ever so often.
Thought you left?

Edinburgh! I've also seen it spelt 'Edinborough', grr...
Not that I'm getting defensive of my new Uni place

Is that supposed to read 'little' or 'no' social skills?

Nice to see Birmingham on there - I've already changed my location to read Birmingham at term time. BTW I'm like you too - clever but with social skills.

Your opinion is few and far between. Everybody loves my accent at university and are jealous because they can't do it. One of the sexiest accents around as well.

Ah, UCL ok but I suspect you'd have to make a bit more of an effort but Kings is good too..

My brothers going to Oxford, as are a few other people I know and they definitely have 'social skills'.

The word "troll" springs to mind, shortly after "imbecile."
