SAAS confusion

Hello, this is my first time applying for SAAS Tuition fee payment. I registered account and completed the online form. Then I was asked to confirm my EU identity using passport or/and ID card. I did upload scans from both sides of my ID Card, but in the online uploader they appeared green. :confused:

Is this normal or I messed something up?
I've still uploaded them after the green mess and have been waiting for more than a month now. Still I got nothing. Can this be due to the fact that they didn't receive the photos?

My dashboard says:
"We have assessed your entitlement to this award and will confirm your entitlement in your award notice. "
When does the conformation usually come?
