Hellish Day

Albeit, There has only been 5 hours to my day so far, It has been Hellish none the less.
I get back pain a lot, doctor says I have "Back Spasms"
But today, each time i move a part of my back hurts, mainly my shoulder blabes and my neck, which doesn't fit with my allready there Back Spasms. the lower back searing pain does, but the top doesn't. Neither does the random pains in my arms and legs, no pattern. One minute fine next minute I'd swear Some one had kicked or punched me.
The headache came around the same time as the neck and back, but ignore all that the worse thing was the fact I paniced and couldn't think straight, I've cleared up a little now and I am still in work (I nearly ran from the bleeding building) But inbetween the pain coming on I got seriously depressed and panicy, I tried text my Boyfriend but my online texty thing failed 20 odd times..

Any one ever had that feeling before and do you think its worth me mentioning it to the doctor next time I have chance to go?

*In work So I'll be on during my lunch which starts about now.*

If you're worried about a symptom you can often make it a lot worse, just by thinking about it. The brain is annoying like that.

If there's a headache too, perhaps it's a flu-like virus? I've had that sort of illness before - paracetamol helps a lot.

Do you do much exercise?

Yeah I walk a lot, run in sprints but much more i end up with my back in more pain.

I have the flujab yearly so I hope its nothing flu like.. otherwise I'm being stabbed for no reason O.o

I wasn't even worried about the pain today, I get back and neck pain regulary but I usualy have an unhealthy supplier of painkillers and my naramig of me for worse case. The panic is new, I've had panic attacks but I dont remember anything triggering this one off. No one was close to me which is my main trigger.

My brain is an Evil Mastermind I think...

Do you do stretches before you exercise? Pulled back muscles can be surprisngly painful/persistent. There's physio stuff you can do to help, though, which your doctor should be able to advise you on.

As for panic; there's various exercises you can do, from stomach-breathing to meditation that calm you down. Self-CBT is good too - thinking along the lines of "I've had a panic attack before and I was fine, so therefore I should be fine this time too".

Yeah I have to do neck and back stretches daily (My Migraine doctor guy) and back and leg ones from my back spasm guy.

I'll ask my doctor if there is anything else I can start doing, I'm getting annoyed with my back and head >.<
