Why dont you umm make it a mission to make 3 new friends in the next week? Would that be challenging enough? lol

its easy to say but the only real fix is to stop over thinking everything and just bite the bullet. dont think of the what ifs and just do it

Don't worry i've got a "can't be arsed" approach to life as well. Thing is my friends and family constantly push me out of my comfort zone, force me into social situations to make new friends, constantly ring me to make sure i'm out of bed and going to class etc. Wow, thinking about it i'm actually really lucky

I'm fine in terms of personal relationships, but sometimes I worry I don't challenge myself enough in career or social terms. I haven't for years anyway, done anything that requires me to be tough or overcome nerves or that requires intensity. Does this mean I lack backbone? Anyone feel the same ever?


i think that sometimes taking risks helps!
erm, and yeah i think i know what you mean.
ive been accused of having "no backbone" before because i havent been able to assert myself/face some stuff a lot of people do. is that what you mean?

I find myself posting this alot lately:
