Diversity Research - Help Needed!!
I am a gay man who works for the University of Hull, and I am researching how diversity, such as sexuality, gender, ethnicity etc. affect young peoples leadership motivation, and especially the influence of role models.
I am looking for 18-24 year olds from the LGBT community in the UK (and USA) to fill in a short 15 minute survey - would anyone be willing volunteers?
It would be a great help if you could, as not much research is done around diversity and leadership, especially within our community.
