Year 13 - missing school consequences?

You could. I'm in year 13 and my attendance is currently at 74.3% and I recently received a letter and E-mail warning to get my attendance back up to 85% or I will have to pay for my Examination entries, apparently, this is in the "P10 Government regulations" for post 16 education funding, if a student's attendance gets below 85%.

For me there is really no point of me going in, I've finished the majority of my classes and they still want me to attend those lessons, yet I'll be doing absolutely nothing and I have an additional 4 hour break in college - I simply cannot leave, I'm in sixth form 9-4. Luckily, I officially finish next Thursday.

Teachers aren't useless though, they're there to help if needed.
Well, going in gives you time to ask for last minute exam help from your teachers and can sometimes motovate you to do work. It certainly works for me.
