Think of something positive, reenact a favourite film in your mind... anything as long as you're focusing on one set thing only. Then let your mind take control, so you're kind of watching a dream-play, and sleep should come.

I have the same problem... I just got up after a measly 3 hours sleep last night. If you find a cure, let me know!
