It does! but only if you got to the Advanced Stage. and it depends on the grades you got. But I think it only starts to count from 2010 and onwards, so if you are applying for higher education in 2009, then it's not counting to your point, but it will be good to show you have skills in languages in your CV or personal statement and it may make you look a bit different from everyone else.

can I ask, where did you find a centre? I really want to do it, but my school is not their centre, I really want to find a centre.
