Is this a good idea? Has anyone tried it before? I'm just finding most wines too acidic and too strong. I can easily drink spirits and beers like I can hold it in my mouth but as soon as I drink a wine (unless naturally sweet) I can't hold it, I just have to swallow it as fast as I can…
Would you ever add sugar to your wine?
If you feel the need to sweeten your wine, you're drinking the wrong wine.

Look for dessert wines, they're very fruity and sweet and easy to drink.
