could be a number of things. if you've started passing out then it's a good idea to go see your GP

Today I was in the shower and I felt like passing out. I quite often feel light headed and my vision goes black, which is what this was, but today I felt like I was going to throw up and I couldn't breathe. I got out of the shower and called my mum, she found me on the floor (I'd passed out).

Anyone else get this?

there was a thread on the exact same thing yesterday.

Has happened to loads of people (including me).

I think there must be a shower monster infestation, and they feast on our consciousness

Do you have really hot showers? Or really long ones that are quite warm? That makes me feel a bit weak even though I've never passed out in my life and aren't prone to feeling like it at all. Do you have proper ventilation in the room with the shower? :/

Is this the first time you've actually passed out because of the shower?

Have you done or felt anything out of the ordinary recently?

I feel light headed in the shower sometimes, I normally just give myself a cold blast and then things go back to normal :p:.

Probably just the hot air or something......

Did this happen first thing in the morning?
Because it has sometimes happened to me, I have stumbled out of bed into the shower, then once I've been standing up for a minute, I go really light headed and need to sit down urgently, like an extreme head rush for lying down in a deep sleep for ages, then suddenly standing up straight.
Just a thought but it could be (i have never passed out tho!)
