The impact of internet on how people work can be a good and a bad one because some aspects means that work is accessible whenever so it is easier to meet quotas and deadlines however it means people can never completely relax as people using their devices for social use will be reminded of the work which means they may never be able to become completely relaxed. Another good benefit is the ability to work from home with a wide verity of resources this is good for self employed people who may be ill or on maternity leave as they can work from home and still provide for themselves. One negative effect is if you can work from home you don’t need to leave the house which means you won’t exercise as much which means you could become obese.
