What about how the media has been treating him pre-election? And during the first 100 days of his Presidency.

See CNN complaining about 2 scoops of ice cream, for instance.

    I wouldn't say the world

Just the media, deep state and political shills left and right attacking him over nothing

Of course all Presidents face this including Obama except this is a lot worse

Why? because he is being treated unfairly for wanting PEACE AND COOPERATION with Russia who he sees as an ally against terrorism

    Unbelievable

Maybe we should just round up all the warmongers and parachute them into Russia where they can fight for MURICA's freedom LOL

Trump isn't being treated 'far worse' smh
All American presidents get this treatment. It's what happens when you become president of a country that is fuelled by identity politics.
Obama had effigies of himself burned, lynched and depicted as a slave yet he didn't have a meltdown on twitter about it every other day. Obama also wanted peace and an end to American gun culture but the NRA fought him to a standstill. It doesn't matter if you want ****ing world peace, you're still going to get attacked for it.

Sure Trump has a right to be upset about being criticised or mocked especially when he's got such a big ego so I can imagine stuff like that would be 10x more upsetting for him but no one is above being mocked and people have the freedom of speech to mock him as they wish.
If he thinks it's too much or too unfair then maybe he should step down and hand over to someone who's prepared to be demonised in the media because anyone who wants to be president of America should be aware of the slander and abuse they will face.

Edit: inb4 he was criticised for having two scoops of ice cream. Obama was lambasted for wearing a tan suit one day so point still stands.

Indeed; much like the campaign over here against Corbyn.

Exactly. In fact, Trump was the one who started the racist birthed movement and hounded Obama about it for years. Conspiracy theorists claimed that he was a secret Muslim who had infiltrated the White House and was trying to implement Shariah law. He and his family were being called apes, baboons and gorillas and other racist names even by other politicians, so it wasn't just some lone voices on the Internet. We would have heard more about it if Obama sat on Twitter *****ing about everyone who hurt his feelings like Trump does. The man was neither perfect nor immune to criticism, but he did have class and maturity.

What do you make of Trump's statement that "no politician in history ... has been treated worse or more unfairly"? Do you agree with him?

Some of the criticisms of trump are rediculous (like ice cream and the hooker thing), but the vast majority haven't been critical enough to be honest. The amount of stupid **** he's done so far is almost comical. The man is an absolute bafoon and this is from someone who supported him over Shillary.
Everything from his cabinet picks to his corporate shilling has been a mess.

And this is nothing new for a president. Like Ari said, Obama had effigies burnt of him, mock lynchings of him, people questioning his ethnicity and religion. At least he had the grace and tact to ignore it.

Jo Cox was killed because of her beliefs.

Turkey is currently putting dissident politicians in jail.

Trump is a complete selfish **** head with no sense of the bigger picture that doesn't just revolve around him. He is a pathetic human being.

It's more bewilderment at how pathetic he is. Like how in some UN meeting they had to make sure speeches etc lasted no more than a few mins to adapt with his short attention span. If he had any shame he would find that embarrassing.

Trump is a good reflection of what a lot of Americans are like. Most Americans are ignorant, prejudiced, selfish and entitled and Trump is all those things.

The difference is Americans used to vote for people who represented the best of Americans but now, they want the everyman.

You're the second member to mention the mock lynchings of Obama.

I didn't know about that, could you provide a link please?

        Thanks.

Truth. America is full of warmongers. I don't see anything wrong with Russia and USA being friendly to each other. Putin has been trying to co operate with western countries for years but USA keeps trying to encite war.

Better just to randomly bomb a Syrian base (containing Russians) then - much safer idea.
