About 5 years ago, i snapped my wrist riding my bike.
Because of the extend of the injury, i was in hospital for a few days where they put me asleep and snapped my arm back into position. They told me that it was necessary for me to come back a couple weeks later to check to see if it was okay because it never really works properly the first time.
Well i missed my appointment and never went back.
So a year later, i started having problems with my fingers on the same arm. They would lock in a position and i cant move them at all for like 10 mins. I also had other minor issues with my wrist that i just let pass.
However, recently (ish) my veins in my wrist have become really achey and sore , to a point where i have to keep my arm under pressure and at an angle so it doesnt hurt.
Also , my wrist often twitches when ive had it in the same position for a time and cracks whenever i move it in a circular motion.
What should i do, the itchyness and scratchiness of my veins is unbarable. Its like sandpaper against my veins

It sounds like it's time to book an appointment with your GP. They may ask for X-rays to see the actual bones and what state they're in, and going from there will hopefully be able to treat. Don't make the same mistake you did 5 years ago by not following up
