I'm in my second year of A levels and I'm in the first year to do linear exams in biology and chemistry aka if we fail, we have nothing to fall back on.
Needless to say, I'm losing it over all the pressure and stress. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Does anyone have any tips to reduce exam stress or stress in general?

It might be a lot to ask, but set aside one day in the holidays in which you do absolutely no work or revision.
Spend the day with a friend relaxing, book a spa day or something. It will take your mind off the revision and give you a fresh outlook when you come back to it.
If this doesn't sound like a great idea then you could always revise more? The more work you have done towards the exams, the more prepared and less stressed you will feel.
I hope these tips help,
