My daughter has now found out that she can't go with Americamp in the summer, as she is on prescribed anti depressant for panic attacks, due to stress of Uni exams. Is there anyway she can get her money back as she is now £400 out of pocket and if this was known at the start of the process she wouldn't gone to all the trouble of booking visa's etc?

If she has travel insurance, it might be covered?

It might be covered with travel insurance (check your policy) but usually places like Americamp/Camp America don't refund anything.

You're in quite an awkward position especially if you've got a visa and stuff because they don't tend to ever refund the visas because it's alot of work for them to take it away once it's been granted.
