I think it's really great to see that you aren't alone in your thoughts. Seeing other people put them out there as well is incredibly comforting. Being able to talk about problems openly as well is so important, and really helps things feel less taboo

I'm really grateful that the surgery has sparked discussions in a whole matter of subjects such as health, mental health, money worries, bullying etc the more we discuss problems, the less the stigma there is around those subjects and we can all learn from each other and most importantly, help one another.
