    well thats a mark gone...
Checked in my textbook and it said stimulant should be used if you need to stay alert over a long period of time not a short period of time, which is what I think you answered.

I'm assuming you have the revision guide for it - check stimulants mate and under the alert section it says "distance cycling". It might say in the mark scheme it could accept one or the other?
It may be allowed, i don't have the revsion guide but EPO is what all the cyclists got caught taking when lance armstrong was banned so thats the most obvious choice

What did everyone put for the 6 markers. I thought they were really nice, especially the first one. But the second one was just as nice and easy.

Surely the Quadriceps contract to lift the leg up?
Nope, the hamstring contracts for flexion at the leg

Nope, the hamstring contracts for flexion at the leg
I mean to lift the whole leg up, the quadriceps would then contract

For the first one I remember saying how the gymnast needs musc. strength to make themselves balance so they don't look like they are struggling so their movement looks aesthetically pleasing.

For the second one, I talked about serotonin release and stress relief and for the physical health part I talked about a reduced chance of obesity/osteoporosis.

no, the hamstrings cause flexion at the knee which allow you to raise up your legs to step onto the bench
