    Hi
I am an indian and i am planning to goto bangor university. Out of many things i am concerned about is the part time jobs. Is it easy to get partt time jobs in the very first month and what kind of jobs can i do as a student because i am onlu allowed 20 hours per week.
Second thing i am concerned about is how long the class goes. Is it every day in full time course like msc in business with consumer psychology or is it on alternate days. What are the timings like is it 7-8 per day?
If anyone can help me and reply me i wud really appreciate it..
    Regards

Hi, there's plenty of large supermarkets offering part time work, and local restaurants/ pubs. How many hours you study on your course would depend what course you are coming to do?

As for part-time work, your best bets are the large supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. Otherwise it's pretty much a no-no unless you speak Welsh.

As for lecture hours, it varies between courses. I'm doing business and I get about 14 lecture hours every week, but courses like Creative Studies with Media often get around 9-10 hours a week. Lectures can start at 9, usually they last either 1 hour or 2 hours (again this depends on your course), but no lecture ever goes past 6 pm.
