I am currently studying my LPC (part time) at UOL, and have failed wills and Business Law Practice exams this semester. I want to know what options are available for me now as my degree is capped now at just a pass. Can anyone advise me on this?

    Similar dilemma

Not great but it shouldnt stop you. They will look at what they want and place the emphasis where they want. If you continue to do resits though it will get noticed. It all depends where you apply.

How have you done in your other modules?
Will is even less important unless you want private client.

Imo Resit them and do well in the other modules.
