I was told to get a doctors note for a smaller room, but how can I get one as I am unsure what I'd need to tell the doctor.

I don't want to be in a big room, as I can't do the exam and just sit there.

well I guess youd need their signature and contact details for starters?

and write out a brief medical summary for why you need a smaller room?

Im sure theyve done it before

Yeah but what would they write as an issue, if I can't focus or do anything as I would need to do some test with them, no? And I'm guessing it's too late to have an impact on my seating arrangements for an exam in 3 weeks.
