    please can someone explain voltage to me, i just cant understand ?!

    A better term is potential difference. It's the amount of energy needed to move a charge from one point to another.

    If you think of it in terms of its unit, joules per coloumb (because pd=work done/charge), it's easier to understand how it's measured.

    Also if you remember current is the rate of flow of charge in a circuit, and that charge needs energy to move through it so it must have a potential difference
