Throughout the year I've been getting Es and Ds in various past papers, and I'm unsure on what to do in order to pass. What is the best resource for me and are there certain things I should focus on more than others? Thanks !

Have you tried sites like mathsgenie and physics and maths tutor? They seem to come well recommended. Apart from that, practise more and more past papers and you will slowly but surely build up your confidence with the questions
