Confusion

Hi there,

Can you explain me what kind of evidence should I send? Because I'd like to send the form and copy of my National Identity Card but I read that if cannot possible to send the original, the copy must be certified by a person who lives in the U.K. And has a UK valid passport. I don't know anybody except my sister that lives in London so what could I do?
Lastly, will the copy of my N.I.C be sufficient as evidence to send?
