Hi, i am currently in year 12 and I have just finished AS French and Spanish and i am doing my exams now. I want to start to embrace myself in the world of French and Spanish literature. Has anyone got any recommendations? I am currently reading Como Agua para Chocolate and I am a student that is looking to go to oxford university so any advice or suggestions would great!

For French - Joffo: 'Un sac des billes'. It's a routinely set text , but there's a reason for that. It's a good story, it's relatively short and comprehensible. A good introduction before ploughing into Mollière, Camus and Proust.
