UNIQ Day Schools

Hey everyone,

Unfortunately, I didn't receive a place on the UNIQ summer school, bummer. :frown:

However, about a week ago I received an email from the Department of Computer Science saying that my details had been passed onto them from UNIQ and they invited me to a day school to try out Computer Science, a couple of days later I received an email from the department of Statistics inviting me to a day school there as well.

I can't find any threads or information about these on the internet, so I'm wondering how many other people have been invited, or if anyone's been on a similar thing before, what they thought of it?

I didn't get a place on the UNIQ either but received an email inviting me on an English day at Balliol college, Oxford. I didn't know you could get multiple offers for days, that's great that you got two! What day is yours on? Mine's 31st May, less than a week. I'm pretty scared about what it will be like but excited too.
