Lovely exam. Gotta get the unofficial mark scheme to calm my nerves though. Went with context 2 as the 25 marker was much better to deal with.

You know for context A 25 marker- the extract said 'tightening fiscal policy slowed the growth of the UK economy' so i spoke about expansionary fiscal policy is that okay to talk about


Does it really matter is you talk about expansionary/tightening monetary or fiscal policy

Did anyone speak about supply-side policy

12.50 on Context 1 calculation?
And diagram AS right?

i did the AS diagram and got 12.50 too
for the ten marker i talked about interest rates
and 25 marker- contractionary fiscal and expansionary fiscal and monetary

It said it resulted in a higher price level, why would AS shifting right result in that?

What did you guys put for definition of real interest rate? Did anyone say that it is calculated by interest rate minus inflation rate? So for example interest rate of 0% and inflation rate of -2% the real interest rate is 2%?
