Its seeming that the main argument for Labour voters it that they will keep the fox hunting bad.

Amid all the problems and issues that will face the country in the next few years such as the economy, social care and brexit why are people still complaining about the fox hunting ban.Its quiet draining and wether or not we keep the bad or not will have little to no inpact on the economy or anything else.

Nice generalisation there. Either way May only talked about it to divert attention from her even worse policies.

Not true. Plenty of conservative members and voters expressed their anger at the choice, was on a phone call in with Theresa last week and many supporters had expressed their anger at the issue.

Heard a lady who said she's voted conservative her entire life but down to fox hunting will not be voting Conservative this time. It's a non partisan issue, yes you'll see more activism/noise from the left but people from the right are also deeply against and basing their vote off it.

I hatedumb assumptions and comments like these, it's extremely annoying.

Well personally i do not favour any political party. Im just concerned to how many people solely seem to be talking about a sodding fox hunting ban when there are much much more important things to consider when voting.

What a ridiculous thread.

Fox Hunting would be down about 15th on the list if it was even on at all. They oppose the lifting, but thats it.

They talk more about the issues everyone else including all the politicians are talking about ( Economy, Education, Tax, Social care, Defence, law and Order, Brexit etc). Fox hunting isnt anywhere near.

There's also a divide between townsfolk, who see foxes as cute, dog-like creatures who need protecting, and countryfolk who see them as wanton and problematic predators of livestock. That's not to say that all townsfolk love foxes and all countryfolk hate them, but it's another division line.

The point still stands that there are more pressing matters than a fox hunting ban.People need to get a grip and see the important issues that will affect the wellbeing of this country

Lefties do not just care about the fox-hunting ban. Liberals who have actually read the Tory manifesto are more angry about other things.

-The Tories have explicitly said in their manifesto that they are going to lower corporation tax by 17%. Big businesses already do not pay the amount of tax they should be paying and now the Tories are going to make them pay less. This is typical Tories looking out for the rich whilst f***ing over the poor.

-The Tory manifesto has also pretty much indicated that the Tories will not change the new legislation that allows universities to raise their tuition fees each year. The gap between the poor and the rich in education will continue to grow larger with the Tories in power.

The Tory manifesto is not completely bad. They have some great economic policies in there but whether they will actually deliver on these policies is another matter.

i dont think its just the fox hunting ban is the only reason there are plenty of other reasons for me its the fox hunting because im against anthropocentrism and believe all living things have intrinsic value, their social care plan, taking away free school meals for school, less funding for the nhs (i want to have a career in the nhs so i want to be earning a decent living rather than ripping people off privately), that they have zero costing for any of their polices but always slaughter labour, yeah there are plenty of reasons

but all to their own opinion, i wouldnt insult anyone if they did vote tory...if you feel strongly about it go for it!
