Guys I got 2020 for finding the sum of arithmetic sequence that was the first question and what did you guys do to find area under graph ? What I did was find the area of the curve then first the area of the small triangle and add them together

For the log question part 2 I remember getting "xxxxx"=10^0 , the 10^0 was all I remembered from log question. How bout you guys ?

yes I did the same

Guys for the first part of that graph question the scale factor was 4 right ? I remember the question was f(1/4x)

Since it said, both circles touch the circle, one circle touches A and another circle touches B
A(1,4)
B(7,8)
and we know the centre for both (0,0)
so one radius is (1^2 + 4 ^2) = 17^1/2
and another radius is (7^2 + 8^2) = 113^1/2

It doesn't touch it at A and B because each circle would intersect C1 at more than one point

So what's the method to solve it ?

Then are the radii (13)^1/2 and 13(13)^1/2 ?
what would the A be out f ?
what would the A be out of 125?

But how did you know it touches A and B and not any other point on the circumference of C1?

I couldn't do part c so that's why I'm wondering..

Because the only given points of C1 was A and B
and any two other points touching the circumference would also give the diameter as AB

but i got 17 and 113 as the radius idk what is right

Ur is right

But didn't the question say that the circles "touch" circle 1? And how do you know they intersect the circle at more than one point?

In January 2017 it was 91, let's hope it goes down

Guys what method did you use to solve the area under graph question to
what did you guys get for (a) and (b) in the binomial expansion ?.?
i believe this year would be a 95 out of 120

Integrate the curve from 4 to 1 and find the area of the small triangle next to it (1/2 × 12× 6). Add the areas.

1/2 and 1/4 dont remember which one was what number
