Interim Award: Ordinary Degree Query.

Apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I would like to know what an interim award is. Technically, i have finished my degree (reached the end of my study period) and have been awarded an ordinary degree as i fell short of getting the full 360 credits.

If a student gets this award, are they eligible to 'top up' for a higher award like honours?

I cant find any relevant information and have consulted the relevent handbooks, etc.

did you enrol in an honours degree programme? if you did, how did you not complete all the credits?

Yeah, i did, but i failed two modules in final year. Didnt do resits for them, so ive ended up with an odinary degree and would like to know if this can be topped up.
