hi I started a course then left the course end of the first year to move uni. my new course is 3 years long and more for me. I passed first year but, I think I might have to retake second year. Will student finance still find my next 2 years??Thank you in advance

The basic answer is no.

Student finance is available for degree length +1 gift year.

Course 1 = used gift year

Course 2 = has funding only for the course. Failing a year means you require extra funding and SFE will not provide that, so you will have to pay yourself.

Your only chance is to make a compelling personal reasons claim, which if successful means they will disregard that years funding. The grounds are normally medical and supported by your GP or social worker or some family or personal issues like bereavement etc. They take it on a case by case basis.
