See a GP? It's probably nothing serious, and can be a whole manner of things. It could be that the pressure behind and infront of the eardrum isn't the same (like when you go on the plane), and that is making it hurt. You may have an inner ear infection, which is nothing to worry about. A good thing about ears is that once the GP has had a good luck and given you a treatment, they heal well!
