So I am 17 and lost my virginity a few days ago, the problem is that it wasn't as good as I built it up to be. It didn't really feel that good either. I think an issue was I was constantly worrying about if i would c** and if i could make her c**. This meant i couldnt keep my erection... i really dont want this to happen again because i really like this girl... what can i do to help this?

Happens, once it's not a new experience you'll get over it. A lot of the time you cant get the girl to orgasm. Most of the time men will finish before the girl starts.

My mans, just have fun. Sex isn't about cumming, it's about fun and exploring each other.

Understandable experience for one's first time; a lot of pressure through media, false expectations to be able to perform excellently 100% of the time.

Basically, try not to worry, as the anxiety will reduce your enjoyment and make it more likely not to finish. It's not a race, just have fun.

    1. Jerk off less / not at all.
    2. Chill out, it's just sex.

I know very few people who's first time was mind-blowing. Mainly mediocre, painfully funny and damned right disappointing.

    Have fun. It gets better.
