Question 7: 6 Marker, Describe basically step up and down transformers?

Answer: Step Up transformers increase the voltage meaning the efficiency will be increased. It is also increased because so that energy is not lost.

Step down transformers decrease the voltage so that it is safe for household members to use the electricity. Normal house electricity current is 230 Volts and 50Hz. (If you have written anything which is similar to this, you will therefore gain full marks).

Answer: Japanese Knotweed needs SO^2 Sulfur Dioxide to survive and SO^2 will kill the Britain Plant.

Question: Difference between B and C according to Spectrum.

Answer: (B) blue shift is closer to the earth and red shift is further away from earth.

(C) Blue shift is moving away from the earth however red shift is moving towards Earth.

Question: Complete the Equation - C10H22 = C5H14 + C3H6 + C2H2
