Need help working out my UNI GRADES

Hi, I've just got my 3rd year grades for university and was wondering if anyone could help me calculate it with my 2nd year results to see whether I've managed to get a 1st overall.

2nd year: is worth 25%
30 credits / 60%
30 credits / 67%
30 credits / 77%
30 credits / 76%

3rd year: 75%
40 credits / 72%
40 credits / 72%
40 credits / 84% & 76% ( this is my dissertation which we have two percentages for)
