a bmi scale should be able to tell you what is considered a healthy weight for your height and age. (:

If you've below or above this and are concerned, I'd suggest speaking to your doctor before making any changes

According the NHS BMI calculator. As long as you are between 54kg and 75kg, you are fine.Of course, if you are well built, you can go over 75 as Muscle mass is much more dense than fat.

I`m 5'9 and a girl and i tend to be my healthiest around 60kg
i would definitely not recommend being much lower than that tbh :3
it also depends on your body, i guess you should see where your natural body weight falls (eat comfortably, don`t put too much stress on your body in the gym all the time etcetcetc) and that will probably be your optimal weight
