how to tell someone i like them?

Ive got a friend who I met about a month ago, because we both started at college together. we take the train from the same station every day, and are usually on the same one except for about twice a week.
because of this weve become good friends, but i find it had to meet with her off the train sometimes, like her not meeting with me when we arrange to.

i really like her, but whenever I try to tell her i bottle it and always give up. i dont like asking someone out unless i know they like me like i do, and i think she does but im not sure at all.

its really getting to me and whenever i try i just cant say it, how can i make it easier for myself?

Why don't you just make some subtle hints? See how she responds. If she's not at the station the next morning then I guess you know it's a no-hoper. :p:
