    So the successes are:
    Aland Island
That is when Sweden and Finland almost came to war but they asked the League to step in and help out. League said Aland island should remain with Finland however, it should be demilitarised.

War of the stray dog- 1925
Greek soldier chased his dog over the boarder into Bulgarian territory and was shot by a Bulgarian. The Greek soldiers took it badly and invaded Bulgaria, LON stepped in and ruled in favour of Bulgaria.

    Failures:
    Vilna crisis,
Lithuania wanted to make Vilna their new capital city however, a lot of Poles were living there. Polish troops invaded and seized Vilnius so Lithuania couldn't really take it. Although the League condemned this, the Polish refused to leave and the League did nothing about it.

    Corfu crisis,
1923 5 Italians were killed in the Greek/Albanian boarders, Mussolini blamed Greece for this and started attacking from his ships. Britain and France needed Italy; they needed Italian contribution and did nothing. The matter was settled outside the League and Greece was forced to pay compensation.

There are 2 successes and 2 failures.

    Hope that helped x
